Product Description
The new high-voltage power supply units in the EVO series offer quick control with a high degree of precision. They are particularly comfortable to operate. Their compact design only needs 2RU, which is outstanding for the power density of 2kW and 3kW they provide. This enables the power supply units in the EVO series to optimally meet a wide range of user requirements. The high-voltage output can be reversed electrically so that a positive or negative high voltage is provided at the output.
Menu-Guided Operation & Digital Interfaces
Because the operating elements are designed for intuitive use and the HMI menu is structured logically, employees no longer need instruction from others. This saves both time and resources. Intervening in running processes and parameter adjustments is thus made easy and comfortable. Password protection prevents operating errors. All EVO power supply units are fitted with Ethernet and RS232 interfaces for remote control.
Fully Digital Control System
A microcontroller, combined with an FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array), allows particularly precise control. This makes complete and digital control of the EVO power supply units possible. FPGAs are used in high-voltage power supply units because they allow rapid signal processing and flexible adaptation to various load requirements. The power supply units in the EVO series are therefore optimal for many different user requirements. The EVO high-voltage power supply units feature high performance as well as rapid and precise control.

EVO high-voltage power supply units are therefore equipped with interlock und I/O contacts as well as with excess voltage and excess current protection systems. Safety is further improved by threshold and limit functions and the option of protecting operating areas with passwords.
